Product Overview

Principle: The material to be dried is added from the center of the top of the shell, and under the stirring of the continuously rotating rake teeth, the material moves axially back and forth, with the surface constantly renewed by contact with the inner wall of the shell. It is indirectly heated by steam, evenly stirred by the rake teeth, and crushed by the crushing rod, allowing the surface moisture of the material to be effectively discharged. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, and is exhausted from the outlet of the vacuum pump.

The drum dryer is a continuous process that uses rotating drums to heat and dry materials or strip materials adhered to the outer wall of the drum through heat transfer.
