Product Overview

The vacuum耙式drying machine features a simple structure, easy operation, long service life, stable and reliable performance, low steam consumption, strong applicability, and high-quality product, especially suitable for drying paste materials that are not heat-resistant, flammable, and prone to oxidation under temperature control. It has been proven to be an excellent drying equipment after long-term use by customers. Principle: The material to be dried is added from the center of the top of the shell, and under the stirring of the continuously reversing rake teeth, the material moves axially back and forth. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly renewed, indirectly heated by steam, evenly stirred by the rake teeth, crushed by the crushing rod, allowing the surface moisture of the material to be discharged favorably. The vaporized moisture is then passed through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, and finally released from the vacuum pump outlet.

The drum drying process is a continuous operation that heats and dries material or strip-like material attached to the outer wall of a rotating drum by means of heat transfer.
