Product Overview

The vacuum耙式drying machine features a simple structure, easy operation, long service life, stable and reliable performance, low steam consumption, strong applicability, and high-quality product. It is particularly suitable for drying paste materials that are not heat-resistant, flammable, and prone to oxidation under temperature control. Long-term use by customers has proven it to be an excellent drying equipment. Principle: The material to be dried is added to the center of the upper part of the shell, and under the stirring of the continuously reversing scraper blades, the material moves axially back and forth, constantly renewing the surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell. It is indirectly heated by steam, evenly stirred by the scraper blades, and crushed by the crushing rod, allowing the surface moisture of the material to be effectively discharged. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, and is exhausted from the outlet of the vacuum pump.

The drum drying process is a continuous operation where material or strip material attached to the outer wall of a rotating drum is heated and dried by the transfer of heat.

Slurry, thick paste, materials finer than 100 mesh, various pigments, clay-like materials, filtered and centrifuged soda washing agent, alkali stone starch, dyes, pigments, clay ash, clay, cement, etc.
