Product Overview

The vacuum耙式drying machine features a simple structure, easy operation, long service life, stable and reliable performance, low steam consumption, strong applicability, and high-quality product. It is particularly suitable for drying paste materials that are not heat-resistant, flammable, and prone to oxidation under temperature control. Long-term use by customers has proven it to be an excellent drying equipment. Principle: The material to be dried is added from the center of the upper part of the shell. Under the stirring of the continuously rotating scraper blades, the material moves axially back and forth. The surface in contact with the inner wall of the shell is constantly renewed, receiving indirect heating from the steam, uniform stirring by the scraper blades, and crushing by the crushing rod, which facilitates the beneficial removal of surface moisture. The vaporized moisture passes through a dry dust collector, a wet dust collector, and a condenser, and is exhausted from the outlet of the vacuum pump.

A drum dryer is a continuous process that utilizes rotating drums to heat and dry materials or strip materials adhered to the outer wall of the drum through heat transfer.
