Boiler Chemical Cleaning Methods and How to Easily Handle Boiler Cleaning
Boiler Cleaning Methods
Chemical cleaning and physical cleaning are common methods for boiler cleaning. Boiler chemical cleaning is also known as acid cleaning, while physical cleaning is referred to as high-pressure water jet cleaning. The choice of which cleaning method to use is closely related to the actual operating conditions of the boiler. Physical cleaning is generally easier to perform and more cost-effective than chemical cleaning, but it may not be as thorough. Most boiler companies opt for chemical cleaning. Either way, technical requirements are necessary.
Section 2: Boiler Cleaning Methods
1. Add boiler descaling agent, based on the scale amount to determine the descaling agent cleaning time and the dosage of Y descaling agent. After the boiler scale is completely cleaned, proceed to the next cleaning step.
2. Rinse with clean water. Circulate clean water for 10 minutes to remove surface rust.
3. Stripping and Anticorrosive Cleaning: Add strippers and release agents to separate scale from the cleaning components. Perform anticorrosive treatment on the equipment surface to prevent corrosion of the parts.
4. Passivation Coating Treatment. Add passivation coating agent to prevent component corrosion and the formation of new rust.
