Coal Storage Silo Cleaning Purpose: Protects the base plate of the coal storage from abrasion and rust, reduces the friction coefficient of the inner wall of the coal storage, enhances the wear resistance of the inner wall, prevents coal particles from sticking together to cause blockage at the outlet, extends the service life of the coal storage, and lowers the maintenance rate.
Inventory Clearance Notice:
All personnel must comply with the company's relevant regulations and safety operation procedures.
2. Prior to stock clearance operations, all personnel must abstain from alcohol consumption and smoking in smoke-free zones.
3. Inventory clearing tools must be stored in a secure location within the warehouse, or they can be placed in the tool storage room.
4. After the day's stocktaking is completed, all lighting circuits, gas lines, and other equipment must be shut down.
5. Current day inventory clearing status is reported by the end of the day, with the next day's inventory clearing plan and breakdown of work quantities to ensure orderly progress of the project.
After the upper section is cleared, withdraw personnel from the warehouse, clean up debris, and the shipping department must promptly clear and unblock the outlet from below, controlling the flow rate of the discharge. Pay attention to the direction of the ash flow, have personnel stand in designated positions, and implement surrounding protective measures. Plan an evacuation route for personnel during peak ash discharge. If ash cannot be discharged from the discharge port, promptly remove debris from the flow control valve. Once the entire warehouse area is cleared, clean the bottom of the warehouse and the site thoroughly. The shipping department should assign personnel to inspect and handle the inflation boxes. During the ash cleaning of the ash storage, our unit has a dedicated person on-site at all times, and any other issues encountered are dealt with promptly through coordination with the cement production control room and the shipping department supervisor.
Debris or tools used during high-altitude construction operations must be manually carried up and down; throwing them is prohibited. Construction personnel must secure their safety positions and operate with care and caution, following the instructions of on-site supervisors. Horseplay is not allowed on site. Safety measures for cleaning cement storage facilities: The internal cleaning of dust is the responsibility of the cement workshop, loading department, and electrical and mechanical workshop. Each cleaner is paired with two external supervisors. Supervisors must remain vigilant, monitor cleaner conditions at all times, and in case of an emergency, the cleaner inside should quickly use a signaling device to alert the external supervisors. The supervisors should immediately pull the safety rope and soft ladder, as well as the hoist basket or tray, to pull the cleaner out of the storage facility.
Coal storage liner installation precautions:
1. Technique for securing lining plates on concrete structures; during the installation of storage tanks, hoppers, etc. on concrete structures, especially for old tanks or hoppers, it is necessary to verify the strength of the concrete structure (the thickness and integrity of the cement layer are crucial), and also ensure that the lining is firmly attached.
Each square meter should use no fewer than 10 bolts.
2. The bolt countersunk head must be lower than the plate surface.
3. The gap between panels should not exceed 0.5cm (adjustment should be made according to the temperature of the installation environment when using the panels).
