During construction, cross-operations should be minimized; if unavoidable, avoid working in the same vertical direction. Otherwise, set up a secure and sturdy safety layer. The bottom of the ladder should have anti-slip measures, and the top should be securely fastened. When using a folding ladder, reliable support measures must be in place. It is strictly prohibited to throw tools, documents, and leftover materials up and down. Any object should not be thrown from a height. Tie down objects with a rope.
Why cement gets efflorescence. For cement, the ultimate goal regardless of the measures taken is to improve the density of concrete and the distribution of pore sizes. The mud often gets efflorescence. That is, the cement sets normally, and its main mechanical properties meet the standards. Therefore, it is necessary to properly design the concrete mix ratio to ensure sufficient water content and appropriately reduce the water-cement ratio.
Material is discharged from the bottom of the silo through the discharge opening and is to be cleared by Party A. Install ladders, and drill holes at the edge of the storage room to place 4 to 5 Φ18 brown ropes. These ropes are for use in clearing hanging material and for personnel descent. Ensure the interior walls are cleared before workers begin work at the bottom of the storage room. Open the side door of the ash storage, and first remove the cement blocking the side door entrance to facilitate access for workers. Clear cement dust and lumps around the side door before opening it. Workers stand on the platform of the side door and use Φ18 brown or Φ18 nylon ropes to secure themselves. Attach one end of the rope to a location outside the small storage door at the bottom of the construction storage area (the railing), and the other end to the worker's waist. Due to the poor sealing of the small storage door at the bottom, cement lumps form around the interior walls (within a 1-meter radius). Workers use steel spikes (threaded steel) and shovels to clear these cement lumps and dust from the interior walls of the small storage door to the outside. Conduct maintenance before cleaning the cement storage.
Weld the dust discharge pipe from the bottom of the ash storage to the ground, adjust the opening of the ash discharge valve to minimize dust generation, and empty the remaining ash in the storage. Be familiar with and master the key steps for ash cleaning in the ash storage. After the ash storage cleaning work is completed, the person in charge of the work should clean the ash storage work site, confirm that all personnel, materials, and tools have been evacuated, and there is nothing left in the storage. Upon successful inspection, the construction is considered to be completed.
Construction workers are hardworking and dedicated, permeating every nook and cranny with diligence. They greet everyone with a warm smile, showcasing the industry's image in a positive light. In your work, you always add a touch of sweetness.
