Severe cases may result in wall cracking due to temperature stress; the quality of fasteners is also crucial. Since the anchoring force depends on both the fastener's strength and the base structure's strength, if the fastener itself has poor specifications, models, and strength, it's difficult to securely anchor during construction. This fails to achieve the intended reinforcement and is akin to being in vain. Considering the importance of these quality issues, the following points must be addressed during inspection: manufacturers should provide systematic type test reports; manufacturers should enhance pre-delivery inspections and controls, issuing a certificate of conformity for each batch; perform random sampling and re-inspection of relevant properties; strictly track construction quality and provide data to assess finished product quality.
Thoroughly clean the workspace before leaving, ensuring work is completed, materials are still, and the area is clear. High-altitude work requires the use of a safety harness, and two-person lifting is mandatory. Absolutely no safety gear may be removed. All safety equipment set up at the construction site must be properly installed, clearly marked, and not moved. Around uncovered (or lifted) holes, barriers and makeshift platforms must be installed, along with warning signs.
Material is discharged from the bottom outlet of the silo and cleared by Party A. Install ladders, and drill holes at the edge of the storage top to place 4 to 5 Φ18 sisal ropes. These ropes are used for cleaning the hanging material and for personnel access. Ensure the interior walls are clean before construction at the bottom of the storage. Open the side door of the ash storage, and first remove the cement blocking the entrance. Clear the cement dust and lumps around the side door before opening it. Construction personnel stand on the platform of the side door and use Φ18 sisal or Φ18 nylon ropes. Secure one end of the rope outside the small storage door at the bottom of the construction storage (platform railing), and the other end around the construction personnel's waist. Due to the low sealing of the small storage door at the bottom, cement lumps form around the interior wall (within 1 meter). Use a steel rod (threaded rod) and a shovel to clear the cement lumps and dust from around the interior wall of the small storage door to outside the storage. Conduct maintenance before cleaning the cement storage.
In the event of an unexpected sprinkler activation or if operators fail to evacuate promptly, remain calm, protect your eyes, and when descending, grasp the railing with both hands, lower yourself slowly to avoid falling in a hurry. Oxygen cutting and welding operations are required.
The construction crew is hardworking and diligent, thoroughly permeating every nook and cranny. They treat everyone with a warm smile, better showcasing the industry's image. In your work, you always add a touch of sweetness.
