The correct cleaning method for the condenser is as follows:
Ensure to promptly close the condenser inlet valve of the cold storage before cleaning the condenser.
2. After the valve is closed, promptly drain the excess moisture from the Longpu refrigeration system.
3. To ensure optimal cleaning, two temporary recirculation systems must be installed on the condenser's inlet and outlet pipes. These systems are equipped with removable valves, safety valves, pressure gauges, etc., and are connected to the external recirculation pump via hoses.
4. After making the necessary preparations, dissolve a professional descaling agent that is safe, economical, environmentally friendly, and durable. Then, use a pump to circulate and soak the lowest part of the condenser for approximately 3 to 5 hours, thoroughly cleaning the internal scale of the condenser.
5. After cleaning the dirt inside the condenser, immediately drain the wastewater and replace it with fresh water for another rinse.
6. After the entire cleaning process is completed, the end plate of the condenser needs to be opened, and a brush should be used to scrub back and forth inside the copper tubes of each condenser, removing dirt from the inner walls of the tubes, ensuring a clean, fresh, and bright appearance without corrosion.
7. After cleaning, promptly discharge wastewater, rinse repeatedly with clean water, then cover the condenser's end cap to restore it to its original state; add pre-soak material and circulate for 10-20 minutes, soak for 24 hours, then drain the wastewater to allow copper to form a protective film and oxidize, thereby slowing down scaling.
