
Condenser Scale Cleaning Process

2. Utilize a single condenser cleaning or a multi-unit series and parallel cleaning setup. Connect a circulating pump and piping between the cleaning storage tank and the condenser to form a closed loop, allowing the cleaning fluid to continuously circulate. This process dissolves and removes deposits within a few hours.

The primary cause of scale formation is:
Calcium and magnesium ions in the cooling water crystallize and precipitate as salts when heated, adhering to the inner walls of the equipment's copper pipes; metallic oxide products from the system piping; slime caused by the proliferation of bacteria and algae, etc.
Physical Cleaning Method:
The physical cleaning method employs advanced domestic cleaning technology with high-pressure cleaning. The high-pressure cleaning technique is powered by the motor or diesel engine of the cleaning machine, with pressure output controlled manually for cleaning the tubes. During operation, the high-pressure hose is inserted into the condenser copper tubes, where it uses a high-speed rotating cleaning nozzle to remove dirt inside the tubes, followed by rinsing with clean water.
