Why cement effloresces. For cement, the ultimate goal, regardless of the measures taken, is to improve the density of concrete and the distribution of pore sizes. Mud often effloresces. That is, the cement sets normally, and its main mechanical properties meet the standards. Therefore, it is necessary to design the concrete mix correctly to ensure adequate water content and appropriately reduce the water-cement ratio.
Manual Inventory Cleaning: Cleaning personnel enter the material storage warehouse, using tools (such as shovels, hoes, ladders, drill rods, planks, etc.), to clean the library and the bottom堆积 walls of library materials. Mechanical Inventory Cleaning: Cleaning personnel do not enter the storage warehouse, using mechanical means to clean hanging materials on the warehouse walls and accumulated materials at the bottom. High-altitude work is performed at heights of 2 meters or more above the fall height reference level.
Material is discharged from the bottom of the silo through the discharge port and is to be cleared by Party A. Install ladders, and drill holes at the edge of the storage room to place 4 to 5 Φ18 brown ropes. These ropes are for use in clearing hanging material and for personnel access. Ensure the storage room walls are cleared before construction personnel work at the bottom. Open the side door of the ash storage, and first remove the cement blocking the side door entrance to facilitate access. Clean the cement dust and lumps around the side door before opening it. Construction personnel stand on the platform of the side door using Φ18 brown or Φ18 nylon ropes. Tie one end of the rope to a location outside the small storage door at the bottom of the construction storage (platform railing), and the other end around the construction personnel's waist. Due to the low sealing of the small storage door at the bottom, cement lumps form around the inner wall (within a 1-meter range). Construction personnel use a steel rod (threaded rod) and a shovel to clear the cement lumps and dust from around the inner wall of the small storage door to outside the storage. Conduct maintenance before cleaning the cement storage.
During construction, cross-operations should be minimized as much as possible; if unavoidable, avoid working in the same vertical direction. Otherwise, set up a tight and sturdy safety barrier. The bottom of the ladder should have anti-slip measures, and the top should be securely fastened. When using a folding ladder, reliable support measures must be in place. It is strictly prohibited to throw tools, documents, and leftover materials up and down during construction. Any item thrown from a height is forbidden. Tie down objects with a rope.
The construction crew is hardworking and diligent, permeating every nook and cranny with earnestness. They treat everyone with a warm smile, better showcasing the industry's image. In your work, you always add a touch of sweetness.
