Bolts, nuts, hand tools, welding rods, cutting blocks, and other items used in elevated work must be stored in a sound tool bag; the bag must be securely fastened and not placed haphazardly to prevent items from falling. Warehouse cleaning personnel must enter the material storage warehouse, use tools (such as shovels, hoes, ladders, drill pipes, and planks), and clean the library and the bottom堆积 of library materials. Mechanical cleaning personnel are not allowed in the storage warehouse; they use machinery to clean the hanging materials on the walls and the accumulated materials at the bottom. Elevated work is performed at heights of 2 meters or more above the base level where there is a risk of falling.
Material is discharged from the bottom outlet of the silo and cleaned up by Party A. Ladders are installed, and 4 to 5 Φ18 sisal ropes are placed through holes at the edge of the storage top. These ropes are used for accessing the walls of the storage and for personnel safety. To ensure safe construction at the bottom of the storage, after the walls are cleaned, the side door of the ash storage is opened. Construction workers first remove the cement blocking the side door entrance, facilitating access. Prior to opening the side door, clean the cement dust and lumps around it. Workers stand on the platform of the side door, using Φ18 sisal or nylon ropes. One end of the rope is secured outside the small storage door at the bottom of the construction storage (platform rail), and the other end is tied around the worker's waist. Due to the low sealing of the small storage door at the bottom, cement lumps form around the inner wall within a 1-meter radius. Workers clear these lumps and dust from the storage using steel spikes (threaded steel) and shovels. Before cleaning the cement storage, conduct maintenance checks.
Why cement effloresces. For cement, the ultimate goal, regardless of the measures taken, is to improve the density of concrete and the distribution of pore sizes. Mud often effloresces. That is, the cement sets normally, and its main mechanical properties meet the standards. Therefore, it is necessary to properly design the concrete mix ratio to ensure sufficient water content and appropriately reduce the water-cement ratio.
Thoroughly clean the work area before leaving, ensuring the workspace is tidy, materials are still, and the site is clear. High-altitude work requires the use of safety belts, and two-person lifting is mandatory. Absolutely no removal of safety equipment is permitted. All safety equipment installed at the construction site must be standardized, clearly marked, and strictly forbidden to be moved; around uncovered holes (or those with lids lifted), barriers, and platforms must be installed, along with warning signs.
The construction crew is hardworking and diligent, permeating every nook and cranny with dedication. They treat everyone with a warm smile, showcasing the industry's image in a better light. In your work, you always add a touch of sweetness.
