Huaxin High Altitude boasts a "solid" and reliable cleaning team. After a certain period of use, raw material and cement silos of cement production enterprises can become compacted due to the compression of stored materials, leading to inefficient discharge from the discharge ports. In severe cases, blockages can occur, affecting normal production and directly impacting the economic benefits of the enterprise.
Debris or tools used during high-altitude construction operations must be manually carried up and down; throwing them up and down is prohibited. Construction personnel must secure their safety harnesses, operate with care and caution, and follow the instructions of on-site supervisors; horseplay is not allowed. Safety measures for clearing the cement storage: internal dust removal is the responsibility of the cement workshop, loading department, and mechanical and electrical workshop. Each clearing personnel is matched with two external guardians. Guardians must remain vigilant, monitor the status of clearing personnel at all times, and in case of emergencies, the clearing personnel inside the storage should quickly send a distress signal to the external guardians. Guardians should promptly pull the safety rope and soft ladder, hoist basket, or hoist dish to pull the clearing personnel out of the storage.
Cleaning personnel are not allowed to use lighting tools and lighting lines. When entering the cement storage for cleaning, the ratio of the number of people outside the storage to the number inside should be greater than 1, and a designated supervisor should be present. Observe the storage conditions from the top door, ensure the ladder inside is secure, and confirm safety before entering. Construction personnel entering the warehouse must wear protective equipment, including dust masks, safety shoes, hard hats, etc., and should tie two safety ropes when entering: one secured to the dust collector bracket outside the warehouse and the other to the ladder inside.
After the upper section is cleared, withdraw personnel from the warehouse, clean up debris, and the shipping department must promptly clear the outlet with proper flow control, monitoring the direction of the ash flow. Ensure personnel are positioned correctly and protective measures are in place around the area, and have a designated evacuation route for when ash is in large quantities. If ash cannot be discharged from the discharge port, promptly remove debris from the flow control valve. Once the entire warehouse is cleared, clean the bottom and site thoroughly, and the shipping department should send personnel to inspect and handle the inflation boxes. During ash cleaning in the ash storage, our unit has a dedicated person on-site at all times, and any other issues encountered are promptly discussed and resolved with the cement plant's control room and the shipping department's supervisor.
Microscopic properties of the material inside the steel silo:
1: Technology barrier that resolves concrete board adhesion due to temperature differences and humid gases within the steel plate storage wall, preventing a decrease in physical properties. This design's effective control range is within the steel plate storage, maintaining all physical properties of the concrete unchanged within the storage.
2: Address the issue of water seepage and leakage at the bottom of the steel plate storage. This design employs secondary reinforcement with waterproof materials such as high molecular weight waterproofing materials at the bottom of the storage. The top of the steel plate storage and its foundation use corrosion-resistant waterproof materials for barrier waterproofing. The concrete used for both the foundation and the bottom of the storage is all waterproof and anti-seepage concrete.
3: Address the complete discharge issue of materials in the steel plate storage, this design utilizes several of our technologies to ensure the steel plate storage meets the requirements of on-demand and on-time discharge, as well as the needs for smooth and complete discharge.
