Blowpipe silencers are specialized high-flow, shock-resistant, and high-pressure exhaust noise reduction equipment used during pipeline blowing operations in power plants, chemical industries, and thermal networks for new construction or maintenance. They are heavy-duty noise reduction devices and, compared to standard small-hole silencers, emphasize better abrasion resistance, transient shock resistance, and large flow capacity.
I. Core Application Scenarios
Special steam flushing and air-blowing operations for boiler superheaters, reheaters, main steam pipes, and process high-pressure pipes, designed to address the noise reduction issue of high flow rate, high temperature, high noise, and strong air flow impact during flushing, are essential for power plant construction and maintenance.
II. Working Principle
Utilizing a micro-hole spray injection + impedance composite + expansion and pressure reduction three-stage noise reduction structure:
Expand and Relieve Pressure: First, expand the high-pressure sweeping steam/gas to reduce speed, thereby lowering the kinetic energy of the gas flow.
Micro-hole injection: Divides the air flow into tiny jets, shifting the noise frequency spectrum to the high-frequency range that is not sensitive to the human ear.
Resistive sound absorption: Equipped with high-temperature-resistant sound absorption lining, it absorbs mid-to-low frequency noise, achieving comprehensive noise reduction.
III. Core Product Features
Extremely high impact resistance: capable of withstanding instantaneous pressure pulses and high-speed airflow erosion; features reinforced housing and structure.
Withstanding high temperature and pressure: Compatible with steam over 450°C, pressure rating matches main steam parameters of power plants.
High flow capacity: extremely low flow resistance, without affecting the blowpipe effect or causing pressure build-up.
High noise reduction: Total noise reduction of 35~50dB(A), meets on-site environmental protection and occupational health requirements.
Flexible installation: Quick-connection flanges for temporary blowing, offering movable/fixed arrangement.
