Recirculating closed-loop cleaning

Recirculating cleaning utilizes two original parallel deslagging pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, which circulates through the sludge water pipes for cleaning. Pilot cleaning

No two ash pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single ash pipe should be used for open-loop cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the dosing tank, and then continuously or intermittently injecting it into the ash pipe. This process requires additional cleaning equipment during shutdown, which increases costs.

Continuous operation cleaning

The process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic solution while running the ash conveying pipe, simultaneously adding a specific quantity of ash conveying pipe operation cleaning inhibitor and pipeline cleaning descaler for open-loop cleaning. The primary role of the cleaning additive is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and the ash scale at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also increasing its solubility in water and reducing the occurrence of airlock, ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.

The procedure is as follows: Prior to cleaning, first estimate the required acid amount based on the total scale in the pipeline. During cleaning, take samples at the front sampling point of the ash pipeline every 30 minutes to test the acidity, and strictly control the acidity by adjusting the acid flow rate. Pipe Scale

(1) Classified by chemical composition, they can be categorized into carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale, etc. The main components of carbonate scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate; the main components of sulfate scale and silicate scale are calcium sulfate and silicate compounds, respectively; mixed scale is usually a mixture of the above three types of scales.
