Jining Grean Cleaning Co. has dozens of cleaning machines with various models ranging from 10mpa to 250mpa, and over a dozen chemical cleaning pump stations. Our main services are provided to power plants, chemical factories, oil refineries, food processing plants, corporate entities, heating equipment, etc. The company also offers long-term industrial heat exchanger cleaning and design solutions to industry clients.
Our company has recently acquired domestic cleaning machines and imported cleaning equipment. We have hired experienced technical specialists in the cleaning industry to standardize and normalize the cleaning of heat exchange equipment.

Chemical Cleaning Scale Removal Process
Recirculating closed-loop cleaning
Recirculating cleaning utilizes two existing parallel ash removal pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, which circulates within the ash water pipes for cleaning. As the acid washing reaches a certain level, the acidic solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out while the system is shut down, and it is complex and costly.
Open road cleaning
No two ash pipes can form a loop during cleaning; only a single ash pipe can be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the dosing tank, and then continuously or intermittently injecting it into the ash pipe. This process requires additional cleaning equipment during shutdown, which increases costs.
Continuous Cleaning
This process involves continuously injecting a specific amount of acidic solution while the ash pipe is operating normally and not stopped. At the same time, a certain quantity of ash-pipe operating cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent are added for cleaning. This is an open-circuit cleaning process. The primary role of the cleaning additive is to facilitate the reaction between the acidic solution and ash scale at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also enhancing its solubility in water, reducing airlock formation, and ensuring the quality of ash pipe cleaning.
The procedure is as follows: Prior to cleaning, estimate the required acid quantity based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate of the descaling agent and pipeline cleaner by considering the sludge water flow rate and acidity. During cleaning, take a sample at the front end of the sludge pipe every 30 minutes to test the acidity and strictly control it by adjusting the acid flow rate. In the later stage of cleaning, test the pH value at the end of the sludge pipe every 15 minutes. When the pH value reaches a certain level and remains unchanged for 30 minutes, the cleaning can be deemed complete.
2. High-pressure water jet cleaning equipment
High-pressure water jet cleaning is efficient, cost-effective, non-damaging to workpieces, environmentally friendly, easy to operate, and safe.
High-pressure water technology boasts the following advantages.
(1) Excellent Cleaning Quality: High-pressure water jet cleaning of pipeline and heat exchanger bores can completely remove scale and obstructions from the inside, revealing the metal surface. The high-pressure water jet, with its immense energy and supersonic speed, is capable of destroying hard scale and obstructions without causing any damage to the metal.
Due to the pressure of high-pressure water being less than the compressive strength grade of metal, high-pressure cleaning will not damage the base being cleaned.
(2) Fast Cleaning Speed: Due to the combined actions of water jet flushing, wedge splitting, shearing, and grinding, scale can be quickly broken and removed, which is several to tens of times faster than traditional chemical methods, sandblasting and shot blasting, simple mechanical, and manual cleaning methods.
Additionally, parts cleaned with high-pressure water jetting do not require secondary cleaning; however, after chemical cleaning, the surface chemical must be rinsed off with clean water.
(3) Environmentally Friendly: Since high-pressure water jet cleaning uses pure water as the medium, it does not produce a large amount of dust like sandblasting, shot blasting, or simple mechanical cleaning, thereby not polluting the air and harming health. It also does not generate a significant amount of waste liquid like some chemical cleaning methods, which can contaminate rivers, soil, and water quality. The water jet cleaning using pure water is odorless, tasteless, and non-toxic. After atomizing the spray, it can also reduce the dust concentration in the work area, lowering atmospheric dust from 80mg/m³ using other methods to below the national safety standards, thus ensuring no pollution.

Pipe Scale
(1) Categorized by chemical composition, they include carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale, among others. The main components of carbonate scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate; the primary components of sulfate scale and silicate scale are calcium sulfate and silicate compounds, respectively.
(2) Categorized by physical properties, there are two types: scale that firmly adheres to the pot shell and pipe walls, and sludge that is loosely textured and easily falls off.
Lime scale primarily forms due to the salts of calcium and magnesium in the boiler feed water, which precipitate and adhere to the metal surface upon heating. Lime scale has a very low thermal conductivity, about 2 to 5 times that of ordinary steel. When lime scale accumulates on the boiler's heating surface, it significantly worsens the heat transfer efficiency and affects the boiler's performance; it can easily cause metal materials to burn due to localized overheating, even leading to pipe explosion accidents; it also accelerates galvanic corrosion, causing pipeline lime scale corrosion and speeding up the damage to the heating surface. Once lime scale forms, it should be promptly removed using mechanical or chemical methods.
