Recirculating cleaning utilizes two original parallel ash pipelines to form a loop, creating a recirculation system with the cleaning pump station. A certain concentration of acidic solution is added, which circulates and cleans within the ash water pipeline. As the acid washing decreases to a certain level, the acidic solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. Open Channel Cleaning
No two ash pipes should form a loop during cleaning; only a single ash pipe should be used for open circuit cleaning. The method involves connecting one end of the ash pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a specific concentration of cleaning solution in the dosing tank, and then injecting it into the ash pipe continuously or intermittently. This process requires the addition of cleaning equipment during shutdown, which increases costs.

Continuous cleaning without shutdown
The process involves continuously injecting a certain amount of acidic solution while the ash pipe is operating normally without interruption, simultaneously introducing a specific quantity of ash-pipe running cleaning inhibitor and pipeline descaling agent. This is an open-circuit cleaning method. The main function of the cleaning aid is to promote the reaction between the acidic solution and the ash scale at a certain concentration and flow rate, while also increasing its solubility in water and reducing the formation of air blockages, ensuring the quality of ash-pipe cleaning.
Operation method: Before cleaning, first estimate the required acid amount based on the total scale in the pipeline. Then, calculate the acid addition rate and the flow rate for the washing inhibitor and pipeline cleaning stripper addition based on the sludge water flow rate and acidity. During cleaning, take samples at the front sampling point of the sludge pipe every 30 minutes to test acidity and strictly control it by adjusting the acid flow rate. 3. Pipe Scale
(1) Categorized by chemical composition, they include carbonate scale, sulfate scale, silicate scale, and mixed scale. The primary components of carbonate scale are calcium carbonate and magnesium carbonate; sulfate scale and silicate scale are mainly composed of calcium sulfate and silicate compounds, respectively; mixed scale is often a mixture of the aforementioned three types.
(2) Classified by physical properties, there are two types: scale that firmly adheres to the pot shell and tube walls, and sediment that is loosely textured and easy to detach.
