Recirculating cleaning utilizes two original parallel ash pipelines to form a loop, which, together with the cleaning pump station, creates a recirculation system. It introduces a solution of a certain acidity concentration, circulating it through the ash water pipeline for cleaning. When the acid washing reaches a certain level, the solution is continuously replenished. For short-distance single ash water pipelines, if conditions permit, a temporary pipeline can be laid to form a recirculation loop for cleaning. This process must be carried out during shutdown, and it is complex and costly.

The method involves connecting one end of the gray pipe to the cleaning unit, continuously preparing a certain concentration of cleaning solution in the mixing tank, and then injecting it into the gray pipe continuously or intermittently. This process involves continuously injecting a specific amount of acidic solution while operating, under the normal conveying condition of the ash pipe without interruption.
