The principle of the continuous quenching device for reaction liquids is to design efficient on-line mixers, including static mixers, dynamic mixers, and jets, based on the specific quenching process requirements of various reaction liquids. The purpose is to achieve rapid and uniform mixing of the quenching agent with the reaction liquid. If there is a heat release during this process, the equipment can add heat exchange facilities for on-line cooling.
