During the long-term operation of solvent extraction, the extractant may partially degrade under the action of acid, alkali, and air, forming polar products with a higher polarity. These are amphiphilic substances with high surface activity, which significantly hinder the separation of the two phases, leading to excessively long separation times and also reducing the extractant's selectivity for metal ions.
Utilizing the -EXO solvent cleaner to treat the extracted organic phase can quickly combine with surfactants in the extraction system, forming emulsions that then aggregate at the interface. Subsequently, the interface emulsions are removed from the extraction system using filtration and other methods, thereby repairing the organic phase. This significantly reduces the phase separation time and minimizes the carryover of organic and aqueous phases.

Instructions
100ml raw material, stir, heat to 70℃, then add 2~4ml of 10% freshly prepared solution (referring to the nine-water concentration), continue stirring and maintaining the temperature for a reaction of 2 hours; at this point, the solution is semi-transparent, then add 0.5g of arsenic removal settling agent-TAsCJJ and 1.0g of 0.5% anionic or non-ionic PAM, stir for 1 minute, stop stirring, and then cool the system temperature.
Adjust the temperature to around 60°C, maintain insulation and let it stand for approximately 2 to 5 hours. The fine arsenic sulfide particles in the liquid will then settle completely, leaving a very clear supernatant. The effect of using the arsenic removal sedimentation agent - TASCJJ is as shown in the following figure. The industrial process can be scaled up using the aforementioned proportions.

Technical Advantages
Our company has developed the arsenic removal sedimentation agent - TASCJJ, which significantly accelerates the sedimentation of fine particles during the arsenic removal process, thereby greatly enhancing the efficiency of the arsenic removal process.
