(1) Lithium-ion battery recycling process - P204 extractate is a solution containing a certain concentrationMg²⁺/Li⁺/ Ni²⁺/Co²⁺/Mn²⁺Mixed solution, which can be extracted using an 811 nickel-cobalt-manganese co-extraction agent.Ni²⁺/Co²⁺/Mn²⁺Co-precipitated into the organic phase, while theMg²⁺AndLi⁺Reside in the raffinate and wash water phases, with the strip solution being of a higher concentration.Ni²⁺/Co²⁺/Mn²⁺Blended liquid, suitable for the synthesis of cathode precursor materials for ternary lithium-ion batteries, achieves a short process for lithium-ion battery recycling, offering good economic and environmental benefits.
(2) In the process of resource utilization of lateritic nickel ore, high-purity nickel, and MHP, P507 or C272 is typically used for magnesium extraction. The resulting magnesium-free liquid usually contains 20-40g/L of magnesium, and 3-6g/L of nickel and cobalt. Using HQ811 to extract nickel and cobalt from this high-magnesium solution is highly suitable, ensuring the full utilization of nickel and cobalt resources with good economic and environmental benefits.
