Continuous static mixer
A static mixer is an efficient blending equipment without moving parts, which operates by utilizing fixed mixing units inside the pipe to alter the flow state of the fluid, creating cuts, shears, rotations, and re-mixing of two or more streams of fluid, for the purpose of achieving good dispersion and thorough mixing between different fluids.
Equipment Introduction
The specific mixing process of the static mixer is conducted by a series of mixing units of different specifications installed in a hollow pipe. Due to the action of the mixing units, the fluid alternates between left and right rotations, continuously changing the direction of the flow and mixer. This not only pushes the central fluid towards the periphery but also pushes the peripheral fluid towards the center, thus achieving a good radial mixing effect. At the same time, the rotational action of the fluid also occurs at the interfaces of adjacent components, leading to this perfect radial circulation mixing action. This ensures that the material is mixed evenly.

Application Industries and Scenarios
Mainly applied in industries such as plastics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, mining and metallurgy, food, daily chemicals, pesticides, cables, oil, papermaking, chemical fibers, biology, and environmental protection, etc.
Application scenarios primarily include: liquid-liquid, liquid-gas, liquid-solid, gas-gas mixtures, emulsification, neutralization, absorption, extraction, reaction, and enhanced heat transfer processes.
