Product Introduction
This product can indirectly heat or cool pasty, granular, powdered, and slurry materials, completing operations such as drying, cooling, heating, sterilization, reaction, and low-temperature combustion. The special wedge-shaped mixing blades in the equipment offer high heat transfer efficiency and self-cleaning surface for heat transfer.
Operating Principle
The hollow shaft is densely arranged with wedge-shaped hollow vanes, where the heat medium flows through the vanes via the hollow shaft. The unit effective volume has a large heat transfer area, with the temperature of the heat medium ranging from -40℃ to 320℃, which can be steam or liquid types such as hot water, heat transfer oil, etc. Indirect heat conduction heating is used, with no air carrying away heat, ensuring all heat is used to heat the material. Heat loss is only due to the heat dissipated through the insulating layer of the vessel to the environment. The wedge-shaped vanes have an automatic cleaning function. The relative movement of the material particles and the wedge surface generates a cleaning action, which can remove the adhered material from the wedge surface, maintaining a clean heat transfer surface during operation. The dryer's shell is in the shape of Ω, typically containing two to four hollow mixing shafts inside. The shell is equipped with sealed end caps and a top cover to prevent the leakage of material dust and to fully utilize its function.
The heat transfer medium flows through the rotating joint, into the shell jacket and the hollow agitator shaft. The hollow agitator shaft has a different internal structure depending on the type of heat transfer medium to ensure effective heat transfer.

Performance Features
Low energy consumption of pulp leaf dryer: Due to indirect heating, there is no large amount of air carrying away heat, and the outer wall of the dryer is insulated. For pulp materials, only 1.2 kg of steam is needed to evaporate 1 kg of water.
Low-cost slurry leaf dryer system: With a large heat transfer surface in the unit effective volume, it shortens the processing time, reducing the equipment size. This also decreases the building area and space.
Wide range of material processing: Handles materials sensitive to heat as well as those requiring high temperatures. Common mediums include steam, thermal oil, hot water, and cooling water, etc.
Continuous or intermittent operation, applicable in many fields.
Low environmental pollution: No air-carrying substances are used, resulting in minimal dust material contamination. The evaporation of material solvents is very low, making it easy to handle. For processes involving polluted materials or the need to recover solvents, the following can be adopted:

Operational Stability: Due to the unique compression-expansion mixing action of the wedge-shaped浆叶, the material particles are fully in contact with the heat transfer surface.
