Product Introduction
This unit is a device capable of simultaneously drying and granulating. The pressure, flow rate, and nozzle size of the feed pump can be adjusted according to process requirements to produce spherical particles of the desired size and proportion.
Operating Principle
The unit operates by feeding the material liquid through a diaphragm pump at high pressure, which then sprays it into a mist of droplets. These droplets are carried down with hot air. Most of the powdered particles are collected at the discharge outlet at the bottom of the tower. The exhaust gas and fine particles are separated by a cyclone separator, with the exhaust gas discharged by a fan. The powder is collected by a powder feed hopper located below the cyclone separator. An additional secondary dust removal unit can be installed at the fan outlet, achieving a recovery rate of over 96-98%.
Performance Features
Fast drying rate, the liquid's surface area increases significantly after atomization, and in the hot air stream, 95% to 98% of moisture can be evaporated instantly, with the drying process taking only a few seconds to several tens of seconds, particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
All products are spherical granules with uniform particle size, good flowability, excellent solubility, high purity, and superior quality.
Broadly applicable, it can be dried with hot air or granulated with cold air, adaptable to various materials.
Operation is simple and stable, with easy control and easy to automate tasks.
