I. Overview of Composite Muffler
The composite silencer series is designed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, spray, and damping, combined with expansion and pressure reduction, sound absorption and noise reduction, and multi-stage noise reduction methods, resulting in superior noise reduction performance. It is designed and produced according to the spectral characteristics of noise. The compound silencer is vertically installed, with the silencer bracket anchored to the furnace top. The weight of the silencer is supported by the bracket. The exhaust pipe is welded to the adapter. As the silencer and adapter are柔性 connected, an absorption thermal expansion device is set up in the silencer to absorb both vertical and horizontal thermal displacements of the exhaust pipe.
Part Two: Applications and Features
The new high-efficiency composite silencer is widely used for effective noise reduction in power, oil, chemical, metallurgical, municipal, textile, cement, and environmental protection industries and enterprises.
For the noise reduction and soundproofing of equipment such as steam boilers, steam pipes, safety valves, superheaters, reheaters, deaerators, steam turbines, steam drums, safety gates, autoclaves, pressure vessels, and more.
Composite mufflers, with their small-hole frequency shifting, volume expansion and pressure reduction, and sound absorption and noise reduction methods, achieve superior sound muffling effects. Typically used in environments with high noise reduction requirements. They feature large sound muffling capacity, high strength, corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, reasonable dimensions, low cost, long service life, and easy installation.
Boiler steam is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide emission frequency range. Simply relying on small-hole sound absorption is insufficient. Our factory's dual-stage silencer is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, jet, and impedance. It features large noise reduction capacity, a wide frequency range, and targeted design (for various parameters such as low, medium, sub-high, high, ultra-high, subcritical, and supercritical pressure boilers, pressure vessels, pipeline exhaust, and venting). The silencer tube is made of stainless steel, offering the advantage of easy installation. After the user installs it according to specifications, the total noise reduction should reach 30-80 decibels, meeting the requirements of the <<Industrial Enterprise Noise Standard>>.
