I. Overview
The CO2 exhaust silencer series is suitable for effective noise reduction of gas (vapor) exhaust in various industries such as municipal, power, oil, chemical, metallurgical, textile, food, cement, and environmental protection. It is an important measure for eliminating exhaust noise.
For gas exhaust noise reduction, such as: air, pipelines, nitrogen, vacuum pumps, oxygen, natural gas, flue gas, boilers, etc., for the noise reduction of other gas (vapor) emissions.
For steam vent noise reduction and sound absorption, such as for equipment like boilers, pipelines, safety valves, superheaters, reheaters, deaerators, steam turbines, steam drums, safety doors, pressure vessels, etc., used for the noise reduction of gas emissions.
After the user installs the product as required, the noise reduction can reach 20-90 decibels, meeting the requirements of the "Industrial Enterprise Noise Standard."
Section 2: Features
1. The exhaust muffler features multi-stage sound absorption, offering significant noise reduction.
2. The exhaust muffler is compact, lightweight, easy to install, and maintain.
3. The muffler for emptying is highly durable and corrosion-resistant, ensuring a long service life.
III. Principle
The carbon dioxide vent muffler is a new type of venting muffler developed using the principle of small-hole injection and the anti-jet resistance composite muffling principle. It replaces the micro-porous plate type with large-hole expansion control, ensuring the smoothness of venting in the structure first. It features multi-level perforated sound absorption and combines the principle of resistive sound absorption, allowing gas sound waves to enter the countless small holes of the porous sound-absorbing material, exciting the vibration of the molecular structure of the porous material, transforming the sound energy into heat energy to overcome frictional resistance and viscosity, thereby achieving ideal sound absorption and ensuring the smooth exhaust of gas.
Section 4: Order Parameters
