Blowpipe Silencers, Blowpipe Noise Suppressors, Pipe Cleaning Silencers, Introduction to Pipe Cleaning Silencers
With the rapid development of the power industry and the continuous increase in the scale of power plant boiler units, 300-1000MW units will become the main units in the future. Before the installation or maintenance of thermal power generation units is completed and they are put into operation, it is necessary to perform steam blowing to remove rust, welding slag, and other industrial debris from the internal piping of the superheater and reheater systems to ensure the safe and economic operation of the units. To thoroughly clear the piping system, the blowing process may require dozens, even hundreds, of blows and can last for several days or longer. During the blowing process, the powerful steam jet produces a high-level aerodynamic noise due to the high-speed airflow being ejected from the pipe opening, impacting and shearing the surrounding stationary air, causing significant gas disturbances near the nozzle. This results in noise levels as high as 130dB(A) or more. The larger the unit capacity, the greater the aerodynamic noise, with the jet noise being a continuous mid-high-frequency noise band, severely affecting the lives, work, and studies of residents within several square kilometers. Particularly, it poses serious harm to human physical and mental health. To eliminate the severe noise hazards caused by the unit blowing process, it is essential to install a blowing muffler at the end of the blowing pipe. The PG type power plant boiler blowing muffler can be considered a component of the pipeline. After acoustic treatment inside, it can reduce the generation and transmission of noise, making it an effective noise reduction device for addressing the severe noise hazards caused by the unit blowing process.
Section 2: Blowing Tube Silencer, Blowing Tube Muffler, Pipeline Blowing Cleaning Silencer, Features of Pipeline Blowing Cleaning Silencer
(1) Large noise reduction, capable of achieving 25dB to 40dB(A) of noise reduction.
(2) Can withstand fierce impacts from various industrial waste materials and smoothly discharge them, while still operating normally under harsh working conditions without affecting the steam flow through the blowing pipe.
(3) Suitable for various blowing methods: Constant Pressure Blowing, Reduced Pressure Blowing, Oxygen Enriched Blowing.
(4) Easy installation (typically requires specific ground level installation), available in indoor and outdoor blowpipes.
