For Use: Steam BoilersSteam related to thermal equipmentEmissionThe emitted noise can reach up to 130 decibels.
III.Features
Pipe silencers (mufflers) are primarily used for effectively silencing steam emissions from thermal equipment such as boilers and steam turbines in power generation departments. They are also widely employed in the steam emissions and noise reduction of gases in industries such as oil, chemicals, metallurgy, and textiles..A muffler is a device that prevents sound from propagating while allowing air flow.Key measures for reducing steam exhaust dynamic noiseTo assess the quality of an exhaust muffler, consider the following three main aspects:
The noise attenuation of the pipeline muffler meets the requirements of the "Hygienic Standards for Noise in Industrial Enterprises."
2. Pipe silencers are adaptable to a wide frequency spectrum of low to medium frequencies and high temperatures and pressures.
3. The structure and dimensions of the pipeline silencer are reasonable, cost-effective, and have a long service life.
Boiler steam in the power generation department is not only high temperature and high pressure but also has a wide frequency bandwidth. Simply relying on small hole sound attenuation is insufficient. The Aulii Exhaust Sound Attenuator is developed based on the composite noise reduction principle of resistance, jet, and obstruction. It features large noise reduction capacity, wide frequency adaptability, and targeted design (for various boiler and pressure vessel pipeline exhaust venting at parameters such as low pressure, medium pressure, sub-high pressure, high pressure, ultra-high pressure, subcritical, and supercritical), with the advantages of using stainless steel (1Cr18Ni9Ti, 12Cr1MoV) for manufacturing and easy installation of the sound attenuation tube.
FourPrinciple
Boiler exhaust mufflers are manufactured based on the micro-perforated plate noise reduction principle. Power plant boiler steam emissions typically have high flow rates, and high flow rates significantly impact the noise reduction of small holes. Therefore, we first control the flow, and then the steam, after passing through the initial flow control, enters the expansion chamber for further pressure reduction and noise reduction. After the steam undergoes a large volume pressure reduction, it forms low-pressure steam that is ejected. During this process, the airflow is ejected through small diameter holes. After ejection, the sound power in each harmonic frequency band is reduced, and the sound pressure level frequency is pushed up to above 20,000 Hz, greatly diminishing the noise. However, secondary noise at certain frequencies still requires additional noise reduction. We install a resistive acoustic cotton structure outside the expansion chamber, which is designed based on the frequency spectrum characteristics of the residual noise emitted by the pressure reduction body, to effectively absorb the remaining noise. After the user installs it as required, the total noise reduction should reach 30-60 decibels, meeting the required standard.
V.Selection
The mufflers are meticulously designed according to the user's emission targets and requirements. Consequently, only products that match the emission targets and parameters are eligible.GreatExcellent sound-dampening effect.
