Product Overview
The FUL type heat-conducting oil radiator is a heat exchange unit that utilizes steel-aluminum composite finned tubes with excellent technical performance and a floating head structure to compensate for thermal stress. Therefore, it is a preferred choice for air heating and heat exchange units that use heat-conducting oil (also known as organic thermal carrier or heat medium) as the heat transfer medium. In recent years, this radiator has been applied in industries such as textiles, dyeing and printing, rubber, leather making, wood processing, and coating and baking varnishing, achieving good results.
The steel-aluminum composite finned tube manufacturing process is scientifically designed. It involves the lamination of steel and aluminum tubes on a specialized machine, ensuring a tight bond between the steel base tube and aluminum fins. This design boasts advantages such as low thermal resistance, excellent heat transfer performance, high strength, minimal flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.

The floating head structure ensures that the radiator can effectively compensate for the significant thermal stress at high temperature differences during operation and when the equipment starts up.
The FUL type thermal oil radiator is available in various specifications, composed of different surface tube lengths, tube counts, and row numbers. The flow can be customized into dual, triple, quadruple, or multiple circuits according to user requirements, and the department can choose the appropriate circuit as needed.
