Product Overview
SZL (B) type finned tube radiators, utilizing seamless steel tubes φ25×2.5mm as the base tube, with aluminum finned tube outer diameter of 57mm, root diameter φ26.5mm, and fin spacing of 2.8mm. They offer excellent heat dissipation, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and aesthetics. Widely used in industries such as dairy, beer, food, starch, chemicals, papermaking, machinery, pharmaceuticals, air conditioning, and dyeing and printing.
SZL (B) type finned tube radiators have higher thermal conductivity coefficient K values during operation, which indicates better heat dissipation performance. To increase the heat dissipation capacity of the radiators and enhance the finned tube radiator's thermal conductivity, methods such as increasing the outer wall heat dissipation area, boosting the air flow velocity around the finned tubes, and raising the radiative intensity of the radiator towards the surroundings can be employed.
SZL (B) type finned tube radiators require high mechanical strength and pressure-bearing capacity during their manufacturing and installation processes. Their structural design should facilitate assembly to achieve the desired surface area for heat dissipation, with small structural dimensions to minimize room space usage. The production process of the finned tube radiators should comply with the requirements for mass production.
