GL II Heat Sink

The GLⅡ radiator is an air heat exchanger with a steel double circuit (two rows) or multi-circuit (four rows). The finned tubes are made by winding Φ18×2MM seamless steel pipes with 10×0.3MM corrugated steel strips, forming a spiral shape. The fin spacing is 3.2MM, available in various surface tube counts, tube lengths, and row numbers to form multiple specifications. The inlet and outlet water pipes are located on the same side, with working heat sources being steam or high-temperature water, and cold sources being low-temperature water or saltwater. It can be used as an air heater or air cooler, making it an economical, durable, and versatile radiator.
GLⅡ Type Coding Method:
Model - Row Count - Number of Surface Tubes - Length of Surface Tubes (inches) If the row count is 4, with 10 surface tubes and each tube being 42 inches long, it would be GLⅡ-4-10-42.
2. UⅡ Radiator

The UⅡ radiator is a finned tube suitable for both steam heating and hot water heating systems, with both the inlet and outlet water connections on the same side. The inlet and outlet tubes are connected using U-bend fittings, accommodating certain special installation requirements, such as one end of the finned tube needing to be against a wall or another obstacle.
3. SRZ Type Radiators (Stainless Steel Radiators)

The SRZ type radiator is an air heater suitable for both steam systems and hot water systems for heating air. It is mainly used for air heating in warm air heating, air conditioning systems, and drying equipment, serving as the main equipment in warm air systems. It is applied in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of various industrial and mining enterprises, as well as large-scale buildings.
4. SRL Type Radiator

The SRL type radiator comes in 37 different specifications and is composed of steel tubes and aluminum fin tube bundles. Therefore, the aluminum fins are in close contact with the steel tubes, offering excellent heat dissipation performance and reliable operation.
The SRL type radiator uses steam or superheated water as the heat medium, with a steam pressure of up to 0.8MPA and superheated water temperature of 160°C, suitable for air heating in air conditioning systems and drying rooms.
5. SZL (A) Type Heat Exchanger

The SZL(A) type heat exchanger comes in 37 different sizes. It is constructed using seamless steel tubes with an outer diameter of Φ21×2.0MM, aluminum finned tube with an outer diameter of Φ44MM, a stem diameter of Φ21MM, and a fin spacing of 2.8MM. The aluminum rolled fins are tightly in contact with the steel tube, offering excellent heat dissipation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance.
6. SZL (B) Type Heat Exchanger

The SZL(B) type heat exchanger is another type of air-to-air heat exchanger offered by our company. It is constructed with Φ25×2.5MM seamless steel tubes as the base pipe, aluminum finned tubes with an outer diameter of Φ57MM, a stem diameter of Φ26.5MM, and a fin spacing of 2.8MM. It boasts excellent heat dissipation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and aesthetics. It is applicable in industries such as dairy products, beer, food, starch, chemicals, papermaking, machinery, air conditioning, and dyeing.
7. BGL Type Stainless Steel Radiator Tube

1. The air heat exchanger made of 1CR18NI9TI (stainless steel) is an improved design to replace the heat exchange coefficient, addressing the defects of the original steel GLⅡ type heat exchanger tubes that are corrosion-resistant, non-contaminating, less prone to rust, and have a longer lifespan. However, this product, which can replace other copper and steel heat exchanger tube products, has the same external dimensions as the steel GLⅡ.
8. FUL Floating Head Oil Heating Radiator

The FUL type radiator is a heat exchange device featuring steel-aluminum composite finned tubes with professional technical performance and a floating head structure to compensate for thermal stress. Consequently, it is a preferred choice for air heating and heat exchange devices using thermal oil (also known as organic heat carrier or heat medium) as the heat transfer medium. In recent years, this radiator has been applied in industries such as textiles, dyeing and printing, rubber, leather manufacturing, wood processing, and painting, achieving good results.
The steel-aluminum composite finned tube has excellent manufacturing technology. It is rolled on a special machine, combining steel and aluminum tubes, resulting in a tight bond between the steel base tube and aluminum fins. It boasts advantages such as low thermal resistance, excellent heat transfer performance, high strength, minimal flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.
