GL II Radiator

The GLⅡ radiator is a steel double-loop (two rows) or multi-loop (four rows) air heat exchanger. The fin tubes are made by winding Φ18×2MM seamless steel pipes with 10×0.3MM corrugated steel strips, forming a spiral shape with a fin spacing of 3.2MM. It can have various surface tube counts, tube lengths, and row numbers, creating multiple specifications. The inlet and outlet water pipes are on the same side, with working heat sources being steam or high-temperature water, and cold sources being low-temperature water or saltwater. It can be used as an air heater or air cooler, making it an economical, durable, and versatile radiator.
GLⅡ Type Numbering Method:
Model - Row Count - Number of Surface Tubes - Surface Tube Length (inches) For a 4-row configuration, if the number of surface tubes is 10 and the tube length is 42 inches, it is GLⅡ-4-10-42.
2. UⅡ radiator

The UⅡ radiator is a finned tube that is suitable for both steam heating systems and hot water heating systems. Its inlets and outlets are on the same side, and the inlets and outlets are connected using U-shaped elbows. This design accommodates certain special installation requirements, such as the need for one end of the finned tube to be against a wall or another obstacle.
3. SRZ Type Radiator (Stainless Steel Radiator)

The SRZ type radiator is an air heater suitable for both steam and hot water systems for heating air. It is primarily used for air heating in forced-air heating, air conditioning systems, and drying equipment, serving as a key component in hot air units. It is widely applied in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of industrial and mining enterprises and large buildings.
4. SRL Type Radiator

The SRL series radiators come in 37 different specifications, constructed with steel tubes and aluminum fin tube bundles. As a result, the aluminum fins are in close contact with the steel tubes, offering excellent heat dissipation performance and reliability in use.
The SRL type radiator uses steam or superheated water as the heat medium, with a steam pressure of up to 0.8MPA and a superheated water temperature of 160°C. It is suitable for air heating in air conditioning systems and drying rooms.
5. SZL (A) Type Heat Exchanger

The SZL(A) type heat exchangers come in 37 different specifications. These exchangers are constructed using Φ21×2.0MM seamless steel tubes, with aluminum finned tubes having an outer diameter of Φ44MM and a stem diameter of Φ21MM, with a fin spacing of 2.8MM. The aluminum轧片are in close contact with the steel tubes, offering excellent heat dissipation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and aesthetics.
6. SZL (B) Type Heat Exchanger

The SZL(B) type heat exchanger is another type of air-to-air heat exchanger offered by our company. It is constructed with a seamless steel tube Φ25×2.5MM as the base tube, aluminum finned tube with an outer diameter of Φ57MM, a root diameter of Φ26.5MM, and a fin spacing of 2.8MM. It boasts excellent heat dissipation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and aesthetics. It is applicable in industries such as dairy, beer, food, starch, chemicals, papermaking, machinery, air conditioning, and dyeing and printing.
7. BGL Type Stainless Steel Radiating Fin Tube

The 1CR18NI9TI (Stainless Steel) air heat exchanger is an improved design to replace the original steel GLⅡ type finned tube heat exchangers, which suffer from corrosion resistance, cleanliness, and rust issues, as well as a short lifespan. This new product, capable of replacing other copper and steel finned tube heat exchangers, maintains the same external dimensions as the steel GLⅡ.
8. FUL Floating Head Oil Heating Radiator

The FUL type radiator is a heat exchange unit that utilizes steel-aluminum composite finned tubes with professional technical performance and a floating head structure to compensate for thermal stress. Therefore, it is an ideal choice for air heating and heat exchange units using thermal oil (also known as organic heat carrier or heat medium) as the heat transfer medium. In recent years, this radiator has been applied in industries such as textiles, dyeing and finishing, rubber, leather processing, wood processing, and painting and baking varnishing, achieving good results.
The steel-aluminum composite finned tube manufacturing process is excellent. It is made by rolling steel and aluminum tubes together on a special machine, ensuring a tight bond between the steel base tube and aluminum fins. It boasts advantages such as low thermal resistance, good heat transfer performance, high strength, minimal flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.
