Radiator Series

GL II Radiator

The GLⅡ radiator is an air heat exchanger of steel double circuit (two rows) or multi-circuit (four rows). The fin tubes are made by winding Φ18×2MM seamless steel tubes with 10×0.3MM corrugated steel strips, forming a spiral shape with a fin spacing of 3.2MM. It can be configured with various surface tube counts, tube lengths, and row numbers to form multiple specifications. The inlet and outlet water pipes are located on the same side, with working heat sources being steam or high-temperature water, and cold sources being low-temperature water or saltwater. It can be used as an air heater or air cooler, making it an economical, durable, and versatile radiator.
GLⅡ Type Coding Method:
Model - Row Count - Tube Count on Surface - Tube Length (inches) If the row count is 4, with 10 tubes on the surface and tube length of 42 inches, it is GLⅡ-4-10-42.
2. UⅡ Radiator

The UⅡ radiator is a finned tube suitable for both steam heating systems and hot water heating systems, with both the inlet and outlet water connections on the same side. The inlet and outlet tubes are connected using U-shaped elbows, which accommodate certain special installation requirements, such as one end of the finned tube needing to be against a wall or other obstructions.
3. SRZ Type Radiator (Stainless Steel Radiator)

The SRZ type radiator is an air heater suitable for both steam systems and hot water systems for heating air, primarily used for air heating in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems as well as in drying equipment. It is a key component in warm air devices and is widely applied in heating and ventilation systems in various industrial and mining enterprises and large buildings.
4. SRL Type Radiator

The SRL series radiators come in 37 different specifications, constructed using steel pipes and aluminum fin tube bundles. As a result, the aluminum fins are in close contact with the steel pipes, offering excellent heat dissipation performance and reliable use.
The SRL type radiator uses steam or superheated water as the heat medium, with a steam pressure of up to 0.8MPA and a superheated water temperature of 160°C, suitable for air heating in air conditioning systems and drying rooms.
5. SZL (A) Type Heat Exchanger

The SZL(A) type heat exchanger comes in 37 specifications. It is constructed with seamless steel tubes Φ21×2.0MM, aluminum finned tube outer diameter Φ44MM, stem Φ21MM, and fin spacing of 2.8MM. The aluminum rolled fins are tightly in contact with the steel tube, offering excellent heat dissipation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and attractiveness.
6. SZL (B) Type Heat Exchanger

The SZL (B) type heat exchanger is another type of cold and hot air heat exchanger from our company. It is constructed with seamless steel pipes Φ25×2.5MM as the base tube, aluminum finned tube outer diameter of Φ57MM, root diameter of Φ26.5MM, and fin spacing of 2.8MM. It boasts excellent heat dissipation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and aesthetics. It is applicable in industries such as dairy products, beer, food, starch, chemicals, papermaking, machinery, air conditioning, and dyeing.
7. BGL Type Stainless Steel Radiator Tube

The 1CR18NI9TI (Stainless Steel) air heat exchanger is an improved design to replace the original steel GLⅡ type finned tube, which has defects such as corrosion resistance, cleanliness, rust-proneness, and short lifespan. However, it is a steam heat exchanger product that can replace other copper and steel finned tube heat exchangers, with outer dimensions consistent with the steel GLⅡ.
8. FUL Floating Head Oil Heating and Cooling Radiator

The FUL type radiator is a heat exchange device featuring steel-aluminum composite finned tubes with professional technical performance and a floating head structure to compensate for thermal stress. Consequently, it is a preferred choice for air heating and heat exchange devices using thermal oil (also known as organic heat carrier or heat medium) as the heat transfer medium. In recent years, this radiator has been applied in industries such as textile, dyeing and finishing, rubber, leather production, wood processing, and coating and baking paint, achieving satisfactory results.
The steel-aluminum composite finned tube has excellent manufacturing technology. It is rolled on a special machine, combining steel and aluminum tubes closely. It boasts advantages such as low thermal resistance, excellent heat transfer performance, high strength, minimal flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.
