SRZ Type Finned Tube Radiator

Product Overview

The SRZ type finned tube radiator is mainly composed of three rows of spiral fin tube bundles, which are arranged in a straight air injection manner. The fin tube bundle is assembled by mechanically wrapping cold-rolled steel strips around seamless steel tubes, followed by surface galvanizing treatment. The contact surface between the fin and the heat dissipation tube is wide and tight.
Excellent thermal conductivity, stable and corrosion-resistant; steam or high-temperature water flows through the interior of the steel pipe, and heat is transferred to the ambient air through the fins wrapped around the steel pipe, achieving the purpose of heating the air.
It is primarily used in projects such as forced-air heating, air conditioning, cooling, and drying, capable of heating air with steam or hot water, and cooling air with brine or low-temperature water. It has been applied in dozens of industries, playing an essential role in the development of China's socialist construction.
SRZ finned tube radiators are used for air heating in ventilation systems, air conditioning systems, and drying equipment, as well as in steam and hot water heating systems. They have been applied in heating, ventilation systems of many industrial enterprises and large buildings.

SRZ Type Numbering Method
Model — Round off to the nearest whole number the decimeters of the vent cross-sectional length multiplied by the round off to the nearest whole number decimeters of the vent cross-sectional width (sheet thickness code). For example, if the vent cross-sectional length is 1505mm and the width is 1001mm, large size, and the sheet spacing is 5mm, it would be SRZ-15×10(D).
