SRL Type Finned Heater

Product Overview
The SRL finned tube radiator operates normally and effectively in its heat dissipation role, which is inseparable from the coordination among its accessories. Below, let's specifically discuss the accessories required for the installation of the finned tube radiator.
1. Air Bleeder: An essential component of a radiator, the primary function of the air bleeder is to vent air from the radiator. During the heating season, gases are inevitably produced within the heating system. If not released, these gases can obstruct the normal operation of hot water, affecting the overall heat dissipation function of the heating system.
2. Threaded Plug: Generally used at the end of radiators, the threaded plug serves as a sealing function, allowing hot water to flow inside without leaks. Structurally, the threaded plug is a common accessory in the plumbing system, bearing significant system pressure and subject to corrosion. It also withstands the challenges of cracking and leaking due to thermal expansion and contraction.
3. Expansion nails and hooks: These radiator accessories are used to securely mount the radiator to the wall. Our current products differ significantly from traditional radiators, as they are typically hung directly on the wall without the need for additional heating covers. The expansion nails ensure the radiator remains stable and does not shift or wobble.
The mutual coordination of accessories is crucial for the SRL finned tube radiators, enabling them to maintain normal stable operation and perform well in heat dissipation.

SRL finned tube radiators have the following heat transfer coefficient and resistance as shown in the table.
