Radiator Series

GLⅡ Type Radiator

The GLⅡ radiator is an air heat exchanger with a steel double circuit (two rows) or multi-circuit (four rows). The finned tubes are made by winding Φ18×2MM seamless steel pipes with 10×0.3MM corrugated steel strips, forming a spiral shape. The fin spacing is 3.2MM, available in various surface tube counts, tube lengths, and row numbers to form multiple specifications. The inlet and outlet pipes are located on the same side, with working heat sources being steam or hot water, and cold sources being cold water or saltwater. It can be used as an air heater or air cooler, making it an economical, durable, and versatile radiator.
GLⅡ Type Coding Method:
Model - Row Count - Number of Surface Tubes - Length of Surface Tubes (inches). For example, if there are four rows, the number of surface tubes is 10 and the tube length is 42 inches, then it is GLⅡ-4-10-42.
2. UⅡ radiator

The UⅡ type radiator is a finned tube suitable for both steam heating and hot water heating systems, with both the inlet and outlet water connections on the same side. The inlet and outlet tubes are connected using U-shaped elbows, accommodating certain special installation requirements, such as one end of the finned tube needing to be against a wall or other obstacles.
3. SRZ Type Radiator (Stainless Steel Radiator)

The SRZ type radiator is an air heater suitable for both steam and hot water systems for heating air, primarily used for air heating in forced air heating, air conditioning systems, and drying equipment. It is a key component in forced air units and is widely applied in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems of industrial and mining enterprises, as well as large buildings.
4. SRL Type Radiator

The SRL radiator comes in 37 different specifications, constructed using steel pipes and aluminum fin tube bundles. As a result, the aluminum fins are tightly in contact with the steel pipes, offering excellent heat dissipation performance and reliable operation.
The SRL type radiator uses steam or superheated water as the heat medium, with a steam pressure of up to 0.8MPA and a superheated water temperature of 160°C, suitable for air heating in air conditioning systems and drying rooms.
5. SZL (A) Type Heat Exchanger

The SZL(A) type heat exchanger comes in 37 specifications. It is constructed with seamless steel tubes Φ21×2.0MM, aluminum finned tube outer diameter Φ44MM, stem Φ21MM, and fin spacing of 2.8MM. The aluminum finned sheets are in close contact with the steel tubes, offering excellent heat dissipation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and aesthetics.
6. SZL (B) Type Heat Exchanger

The SZL (B) type heat exchanger is another type of air-to-air heat exchanger from our company. It is constructed with a base tube made of seamless steel pipe Φ25×2.5MM, aluminum finned tube outer diameter Φ57MM, root diameter Φ26.5MM, and fin spacing of 2.8MM. It boasts excellent heat dissipation performance, reliability, corrosion resistance, smoothness, and aesthetics. It is applicable in industries such as dairy, beer, food, starch, chemicals, papermaking, machinery, air conditioning, and dyeing and printing.
7. BGL Type Stainless Steel Radiating Tube

The 1CR18NI9TI (stainless steel) air heat exchanger is an improved design to replace the original steel GLⅡ type finned tube heat exchangers, addressing their shortcomings such as corrosion resistance, cleanliness, rust-proneness, and short lifespan. This steam-type heat exchanger product can replace other copper and steel finned tube heat exchangers, with external dimensions identical to the steel GLⅡ.
8. FUL Floating Head Oil Heating Radiator

The FUL type radiator is a heat exchange unit that utilizes professional-grade steel-aluminum composite finned tubes and a floating head structure to compensate for thermal stress. Therefore, it is an ideal choice for air heating and heat exchange units that use thermal oil (also known as organic heat carrier or heat medium) as the heat transfer medium. In recent years, this radiator has been applied in industries such as textiles, dyeing and printing, rubber, leather manufacturing, wood processing, and painting, achieving good results.
The steel-aluminum composite finned tube manufacturing process is excellent, as it is rolled on a special machine, combining steel and aluminum tubes. This results in a tight bond between the steel base tube and aluminum fins, offering benefits such as low thermal resistance, good heat transfer performance, high strength, low flow loss, strong corrosion resistance, and a long service life.
