Product Overview

Utilizing infrared temperature heating, the temperature can reach up to 300-600°C. Stable and adjustable, this energy-efficient infrared technology was promoted nationwide by the Energy Department as early as the 1970s. Our company applies this technology rationally to heat and maintain the temperature of reactors, distillation kettles, enamel kettles, polymerization kettles, drying equipment, and pipelines, which has been highly praised by customers.

The far-infrared electric heating unit features a large heating area, even and rapid temperature rise, uniform heat dissipation, easy temperature control with top, middle, and bottom section control, easy control of the inner and outer wall temperatures of the kettle, noiseless operation, non-polluting, long service life, and good energy-saving performance. The heater temperature can be set within the range of room temperature to 800°C. To meet customer needs, the heating equipment has been modified to ensure the overall explosion-proof requirements of the heating unit, thereby solving the explosion-proof issue that customers have been concerned about and that other heating methods cannot resolve.
