Product Overview

The High-Speed Disperser consists of a high-speed dispersing machine and a reactor vessel, suitable for industries such as coatings, paints, oil, chemicals, rubber, pesticides, dyes, and food. It can be made into a sealed and vacuum-tight model, which can be integrated with other reactor equipment to achieve automated production systems. The equipment has minimal air entrapment during mixing and dispersing, allowing for rapid dispersion and dissolution of materials, finer particle size, even mixing without dead spots, and easy cleaning.

Working Principle

By the high-speed rotation of the dispersing disc, the material forms a circular flow, generating a strong vortex, spiraling down to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shearing, collision, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification.
