Stainless Steel Mixing Vessel

Product Overview
Stainless steel reaction vessels are pressure vessels primarily used for completing physical and chemical reactions, such as reactors, oxidation tanks, decomposition tanks, polymerization tanks, crystallization tanks, etc. Heating methods include electric, steam, thermal oil, and infrared; cooling is achieved through jacket, external coil, and internal coil cooling, with a speed range of 0-1000 rpm variable frequency control. The type of impeller blade can be selected according to customer requirements. Materials may include carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum alloy, duplex steel, and their composite materials.
Based on the different sealing types of stainless steel reaction vessels, they can be categorized into: packed seal, mechanical seal, and magnetic seal.
Based on the manufacturing structure of stainless steel reaction vessels, they can be categorized into three main types: open flat cover reactors, open butt-welded large flange reactors, and closed reactors. Each structure has its own scope of application and its respective advantages and disadvantages.
