The High-Speed Disperser consists of a high-speed disperser and a vessel, suitable for industries such as coatings, paints, petroleum, chemicals, rubber, pesticides, dyes, and food. It can be made into an airtight vacuum type, integrated with other vessel equipment to achieve automated production systems. The equipment has minimal air entrapment during mixing and dispersing, allowing materials to disperse and dissolve quickly, resulting in finer particles, uniform mixing without dead spots, and easy cleaning.

Operating Principle

By the high-speed rotation of the dispersing disc, the material forms a circular flow, generating a strong vortex, spiraling down to the bottom of the vortex. Intense shearing, impact, and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid dispersion, dissolution, uniform mixing, and emulsification.
