Steam/Thermal Oil Heating Reactor

Product Overview

Steam/thermal oil heated reactor uses steam as the heat source for heat exchange. The boiler steam is introduced into the jacket of the reactor, transferring the steam heat into the reactor, causing the material inside to absorb heat and react.

Steam/thermic oil heated reactors have better heat transfer effects due to the higher specific heat capacity of water compared to oil. Under the same temperature control conditions, the water medium in water temperature machines provides superior heat conduction. Additionally, water temperature machines use water as a medium and can be connected to tap water directly, offering convenience. At normal atmospheric pressure, the boiling point of water is 100°C. Therefore, without pressure, the control temperature of water temperature machines can only be less than or equal to 100°C. In practical applications, by increasing the pipeline pressure, the control temperature of water temperature machines can be raised to 180°C, thereby expanding their range of application.
