Reactor Vessel

Product Overview
The reactor is composed of the vessel body, lid, agitator, electric heating oil sleeve, supporting and driving devices, shaft seal, overflow oil tank, etc., and is equipped with electric heating rods and temperature and pressure gauges.
Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, agitation typically includes anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame types. The support bases come in two types: suspended or supported.
The jacket is filled with thermal oil, heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket features openings for oil inlet and outlet, overflow measurement, venting, and connections for the electric heating rod and temperature measurement. The jacket's outer wall is welded with supports, and the bottom of the pot has an outlet for discharging materials.
