Product Overview

The reaction kettle is composed of the kettle body, lid, stirrer, electric heating oil clamp, support and transmission device, shaft seal, and overflow oil trough, and is equipped with an electric heating rod and temperature and pressure gauges.

Due to varying production processes and operating conditions among users, mixing methods generally include anchor, paddle, turbine, propeller, or frame types. The support bases are available in either suspended or supported styles.

The jacket is filled with heat-conductive oil, which is heated by an electric heating rod. The jacket features openings for oil intake and exhaust, overflow measurement, venting, and connections for the heating rod and temperature sensing. The jacket's outer wall is焊接 with brackets, and the bottom of the pot has an outlet for discharging materials.
