Stainless Steel Reactor

Product Overview
Stainless steel reaction vessels are pressure vessels primarily used for completing physical and chemical reactions, such as reactors, oxidation reactors, decomposition reactors, polymerization reactors, and crystallization reactors. Heating methods include electric, steam, thermal oil, and infrared; cooling is achieved through jacket, external coil, and internal coil cooling, with variable speeds from 0 to 1000 rpm. The type of impeller can be selected according to customer requirements. Materials can be carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, aluminum alloys, duplex steel, and their composite materials.
According to the different sealing forms of stainless steel reactors, they can be categorized into: packed seal, mechanical seal, and magnetic seal.
Based on the manufacturing structure of stainless steel reactors, they can be categorized into three main types: open flat cover reactors, open butt-welded large flange reactors, and closed reactors. Each structure has its own application range and advantages and disadvantages.
