[ Ingredients ]

Chicken wings 300g; White rice vinegar 3 tablespoons; Salt 2 teaspoons; Large red pepper, yellow pepper, black fungus, chicken broth, ginger, scallion, sugar (a little), Sichuan peppercorn oil, chili oil

[Method]

1. Chicken wings added to cold water in pot, stir in flour until well combined, bring to a boil over high heat until the chicken wings color, then remove and set aside.

2. Cooked chicken wings cut in half

3. Julienne the soaked wood ear mushrooms, colorful bell peppers, and ginger together (soak wood ear mushrooms in warm or cold water to preserve nutrition, install kitchen equipment, and facilitate soaking)

4. In another pot, add sliced bell peppers and ginger strips, pour in chicken broth, white vinegar, Sichuan peppercorn oil, and chili oil. Sprinkle with salt and sugar, then bring to a boil over high heat.
