[ Ingredients ]

Chicken wings 300g; 3 tablespoons of white rice vinegar; 2 teaspoons of salt; red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, black fungus, chicken broth, ginger, scallions, sugar (a little), Sichuan peppercorn oil, chili oil

[ Method ]

Chicken wings are added to a cold pot, mixed with flour, brought to a boil over high heat, then removed and set aside once the chicken wings color.
