[ Ingredients ]
Chicken wings 300g; 3 tablespoons of white rice vinegar; 2 teaspoons of salt; red bell peppers, yellow bell peppers, black fungus, chicken broth, ginger, scallions, sugar (a little), Sichuan peppercorn oil, chili oil
[ Method ]
Chicken wings are added to a cold pot, mixed with flour, brought to a boil over high heat, then removed once the chicken wings have colored and set aside.

3. Thinly slice soaked black fungus, colorful bell peppers, and ginger together (soaking black fungus in warm or cold water preserves its nutrition, facilitates kitchen installation, and aids in the soaking process).
