Section 2: Working Principle of Industrial Pure Water Purification Equipment: Utilizes a customer-customized high-pressure pump of appropriate specifications to pressurize the raw water, typically up to 5~20KG pressure range. The raw water then enters the reverse osmosis membrane under pressure. The reverse osmosis membrane only allows water molecules with a volume smaller than 0.0001 micrometers to pass through, while blocking other chemical ions, bacteria, fungi, and viruses. This process achieves the objectives of water purification and desalination. Generally, the desalination rate of the first-stage reverse osmosis water reaches 99%, with an outlet resistivity of less than 10·cm.
Section 3: Equipment Features:
1. The equipment can freely switch between automatic and manual modes.
2. The raw water intake is automatically controlled by an electromagnetic valve, and the storage tank is equipped with high and low liquid level sensors, enabling the equipment to operate fully automatically without the need for personnel supervision.
3. The high-pressure pump is equipped with high and low pressure operation protection, and is linked with the liquid level sensor inside the tank and the pump.
4. Water output quality is achieved through online detection, with the equipment featuring audio-visual alarms.
