Quality inspection reports involve safety and performance testing of products. They are essential for smoothly entering Tmall and JD.com, as well as supermarkets and other platforms, or as a reference standard for consumers. Based on the three-tier standards (national standards, ministry standards, and corporate standards), quality assessments are conducted, basic evaluations are made, and the reasons for the product's quality being up to standard or not are analyzed. This constitutes the main part of the quality inspection report.

Quality Inspection Report Application Process
1. Merchants fill out the quality inspection report application form.
Ship inspected products express to the laboratory.
3. Laboratory reviews quality inspection products and applications.
4. Notify the merchant to make payment upon approval.
Payment confirmed, the lab will arrange for testing.
Step One: Determine the scope of product testing.
1. Consult testing agencies, providing information on the purpose of the product report and product features.
2. Upon receiving a valid application, the certification body shall issue an acceptance notice to the applicant, instructing them to submit or send relevant documents and materials.
Step 2: Sample Receipt.
1. Samples are delivered directly to the testing institution by the applicant. Upon payment, the applicant fills out the payment receipt as required, which is then accepted by the testing institution. An inspection report for the samples is completed. Non-conforming samples will receive a sample rectification notice, and a new inspection report must be filled out after rectification.
2. After the sample is accepted, the inspection agency shall fill out the sample inspection progress form and report to the certification body. Upon receiving the sample inspection progress, the certification body shall issue an official acceptance notice to the applicant and send the inspection task document to the inspection agency for formal inspection.
Step 3: Sample Inspection.
1. During the type test phase, the company should send the test samples. The required parts and technical documents should be understood to keep up with the testing progress. In case of any non-conforming items, timely corrections should be made according to the sample test modification notice.
2. Upon completion of the sample testing, the testing agency shall fill out the sample testing result notification. The testing agency should also transmit the test report and other information to the certification body.
Why Conduct Quality Inspection Reports?
Common Report Uses: 1. Entry into online malls like JD.com and Tmall. 2. Bidding/Competitive bidding. 3. Project acceptance reports. 4. Supplier requirements. 5. Promotional reports. 6. Entry into 4S stores (usually for automotive products). 7. Reports needed for shopping. 8. Reports required for shopping venues (e.g., Walmart, Carrefour, Tmall, Guojiaju, B&Q, etc.). Note: If electronic and electrical products are to be listed on JD.com and Tmall, it is necessary to first confirm if the 3C certification is required. If not within the 3C scope, the test report is applicable; if within the 3C scope, the 3C certification must be provided first.
