1. Support Method

Supporting method involves setting up support brackets outside the pipeline and plugging the leak with tools and sealing washers. This method is suitable for sealing larger pipelines and is used when it's not possible to fix the support directly onto the body.

2. Pressure Sintering Method

A method for plugging leaks in equipment and pipelines by fixing a bolt directly or indirectly on the pipe, known as the topping-up method. This technique is suitable for plugging leaks in medium and low-pressure pipelines, such as sand holes and small holes.

3. Clamp method

The method of stopping leaks by securing a sealing washer in place with a clamp (or clip) is called the clamp method.

4. Cap Sealing Method

A method of sealing leaks by tightly pressing a sealing washer and a cover plate against the inner or outer surface of a hole, known as the cover plate method. This technique is suitable for sealing leaks in low-pressure pipelines that are easy to operate.
